If you want to change or add a banner to your WordPress website then follow the directions below.
*Before uploading banner images be sure that your image is the correct size and saved as very high quality.
1. Log into WordPress.
2. Upload your banner image by clicking on Media in the navigation menu on the left of your dashboard and clicking Add New. Then, either dragging and dropping the media file you want to use inside the dotted lines or clicking Select Files and uploading the media file that way.
3. Copy the file's URL after it has been uploaded. You will use this to link the image or file shortly.
4. Click Save All Changes.
5. Navigate to the page you wish to add the banner.
6. Open up the page in the page editor you use (Pro, Elementor, etc.).
7. Click on the current banner or the area you wish to add a banner and upload your new image by clicking the + and selecting your new image from the Media Library.
8. Click Save.
9. Test the changes made on different screen sizes and make adjustments if need be.
