After updates have been made to a website, it is a good idea to clear or refresh the cache on your browser. Below are step by step instructions on how to do so on some popular browsers. But, basically you are looking for an option on your browser that will allow you to "clear/empty cache," "clear history," or "delete temporary internet files."

Google Chrome:

1. Click on the three dashes or three dots in the top right corner on your browser window or click on the Chrome tab at the top of your screen.

2. Find Clear Browsing Data. It could be in the History menu or under Settings and in the Advanced drop down. (This will vary depending on your version of Chrome.)


3. Click Clear Browsing Data.

4. Select Empty the Cache or Cached Images and Files.

5. Click Clear Data on the bottom.





Safari:

1. Click on Edit on the top menu bar (For PC) or click on the Safari button (for Mac).



2. Click Empty Cache or Clear History.


Firefox:

1. Click on the Firefox button on top menu bar.
2. Click either Options or Preferences. (This will vary depending on your version on Firefox.)
3. Click on Advanced
4. Click on the Network tab
5. Click on Clear Now in the Cached Web Content section

Internet Explorer:

1. Click on the gear wheel in the top right corner of the browser.
2. Click on Safety.
3. Click on Delete Browsing History.
4. Select Temporary Internet Files and Website Files from the list.
5. Click through to Delete
