Chrome:

Open Chrome. Click Chrome in the top menu, then preferences, then locate the “Search Engine” option under Settings. 




From here you can choose from a drop-down list of search engine options to set as your default.

Internet Explorer:

Internet Explorer is not supported by Mac.


Safari:

Open Safari. Click Safari in the top menu, then Preferences, then Search. You will see a search engine menu and you can select your default search engine there.

Firefox:

Open Firefox. Click Firefox in the top menu, then Preferences. Select Search, then scroll to Default Search Engine. 




You can then select which search engine you want to be your default from the drop-down list.

Internet Explorer:

Open Internet Explorer. Click on the Settings (gear) icon in the top right corner of the browser window. Click Internet Options, then General. Find the Search section and click Settings. Select the search engine you want to use by default, click set as default, then click close.


Safari:


Safari is no longer supported by Windows. We suggest using a different browser.

Firefox:


Open Firefox, then click on the menu button and select “Preferences.” Then select “Search” along the left menu pane. Scroll to “Default Search Engine” and select the search engine you want to use by default.
