Mac
Chrome:
Open Chrome. Click Chrome in the top menu, then Preferences. Click Privacy and Security, then scroll to the bottom of the page. You will be able to select your default “on startup” settings within Chrome. You can choose between:
Open the New Tab Page
Continue where you left off
Open a specific page of set of pages
If you’d like to open a specific page, click add a new page and enter the URL. Click add, and upon the next browser start up, you will be directed to that URL.
Internet Explorer:
Safari:
Open Safari. Click Safari in the top menu, then Preferences. The settings will open to the General tab where you can adjust your preferences. To set a new homepage, enter a new URL in the homepage bar.
Firefox:
Open Firefox. Click Firefox in the top menu, then preferences. Select Home, then look to New Windows and Tabs. You can choose from the “homepage and new windows” dropdown to select your preferences. To add a custom URL, select Custom URLs and input your choice.
Chrome:
Open Google Chrome. Click on the three dots in the top right corner, then click “Settings.” Scroll to the “On startup” settings and select “Open a specific page or set of pages” option. If you would like to add a new page, click on the “Add a new page link,
enter the URL of the page you want to add, then click “Add.” Repeat if you would like to add another new page (which would open as a new tab at startup).
Internet Explorer:
Open Internet Explorer. Click on the Settings (gear) icon in the top right corner of the browser window. Click Internet options, then click “use current” if you want to open your current URL by default. If you want to add more URL’s you can add them manually in the new lines.
Safari:
Safari is no longer supported by Windows. We suggest using a different browser.
