Internet Explorer:

Open Internet Explorer. Select the “Tools” (gear) button, select “Safety” and select “Delete Browsing History.” Choose what data or files you want to delete, then select “Delete.”

Chrome:

Open Chrome. Select the three vertical dots icon next to your profile image, then select Downloads.

This will bring you to your list of downloaded files. You can select the “X” next to each item to delete individually.




Alternatively, you can select the three vertical dots icon  in the top-right corner and select the option to “Clear all.”

Safari:

Open Safari. Click View in the top menu, then Show Downloads. To clear all downloads, select the “Clear” button. To clear individual items, select the “X” next to each item.

Safari is no longer supported by Windows. We suggest using a different browser.

Firefox:

Open Firefox. Click the library icon in the top-right corner, then Clear Recent History. Select how much history you want to clear, select only the “Browsing & Download History” checkbox (unselect the others if you do not want to remove other historical data), then click OK.
