Record Video of your Screen: Recording a video of your screen is very helpful when demoing an issue on your website, showing off a feature on your application, or sharing what you see on your end. We use a great tool called Loom to record our screens and share across the team and with clients. You can install Loom as a browser extension and record a video with just a few clicks of your mouse.

Take a Full-Screen Capture: We would suggest installing the browser extension “One Click Full Page Screenshot.” From here, the extension will live on the toolbar of your browser. When you have pulled up a site that you want to screen capture, you can simply hit the extension button and take a full-page screen capture.

Taking a Screenshot:

On a Mac, you can select Shift + Command + 4 and use the pointer to select the area you want to screenshot. This image will save to your desktop where you can edit and rename before sharing with others.

In Windows, you can select PrtScn (Print Screen) or CTRL + PrtScn. This image will save to your clipboard. You can then paste this image into an image editing program if needed to make edits. You can also install an app called the Snipping Tool to take screenshots.
